My background and approach:

My background includes years in demanding business environments before retraining as a psychotherapist. I’ve also undertaken specialist training in the psychology of organisational dynamics, allowing me to work not only with your personal experience as a leader, but with the wider systems you’re operating within. This perspective helps surface and make sense of the often unseen dynamics at play in teams, cultures, and institutions, supporting you to lead with greater awareness, perspective, and clarity.
