Leadership support and Advisory work

A thoughtful external perspective
for demanding professional environments.

Professionals in high responsibility, high visibility and creatively or professionally demanding roles often carry pressures that are difficult to speak about openly. Whether you are leading a business, managing teams, building something of your own or working within a complex creative or professional environment, the demands can extend far beyond performance alone.

I work with leaders, founders, creatives, entrepreneurs and senior professionals who are looking for a thinking partner who understands both the psychological and practical demands of operating under sustained pressure and responsibility.

My approach sits at the intersection of psychological insight, strategic reflection and trusted advisory support. The work offers a space to think clearly about leadership, strategy and the wider pressures of operating in demanding professional environments.

For many clients an external perspective is the missing piece of the puzzle. When you are deeply embedded within a business, organisation, or creative industry, it can become difficult to see certain patterns, tensions or dynamics clearly. My role is not simply to validate or reassure, but to offer thoughtful, impartial insight that can help bring greater clarity, perspective and understanding to both the situation itself and your position within it.

I am able to quickly understand the interpersonal and organisational realities of a workplace, allowing the work to remain grounded in the actual context you are operating within.

What we might explore together:

  • Leadership pressure, decision making and navigating complexity or uncertainty

  • Founder relationships, workplace dynamics and organisational culture

  • Managing people, communication challenges, conflict, and shifting power dynamics

  • Ambition, high performance, internal pressure and avoiding burnout

  • Visibility, identity and the demands of senior, entrepreneurial, or creative roles

  • Creativity, innovation, momentum, and periods of stagnation or doubt

  • Gaining perspective on recurring interpersonal, organisational, or leadership patterns

My background and approach:

My background includes years working within demanding business environments before retraining as a psychotherapist. I have also undertaken specialist training in the psychology of organisational dynamics, allowing me to work not only with your personal experience, but with the wider systems and environments you are operating within.

This perspective helps surface and make sense of the often unseen dynamics at play within teams, cultures and leadership structures, supporting greater awareness, perspective, and clarity in how you navigate them.

My work is informed by psychodynamic thinking, which means we may sometimes explore the deeper patterns, assumptions and ways of operating that shape leadership style. However, the work remains practical, thoughtful and grounded in the realities of your role and environment.

Sessions:

Sessions are offered on a one to one basis online via Zoom, and in person in London.

Alongside one to one work, I am also open to working more directly with leadership teams and organisations where appropriate.

While much of my work takes place online or in private sessions, I am happy to travel for in person meetings where this would be beneficial.

Some people work with me for a focused period around a particular challenge or transition, while others choose longer term ongoing support.

If you would like to discuss working together, you are welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation.
